will run for reelection in the coming weeks after spending some time consulting with his family and his closest advisers over the holidays.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Many of those advisers have been by Biden\u2019s side for years \u2014 if not decades \u2014 making up his all-important brain trust. \u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr1_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>Who is Biden leaning on\u00a0as he revs up for another run?\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ron_Klain\"><\/span><strong>Ron Klain<\/strong>\u00a0<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Biden\u2019s chief of staff has the most outward visibility of anyone in his inner circle. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He has a constant presence on <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter<\/a> and routinely makes the rounds on cable and network <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a> and with good reason: He not only has a mastery of Biden\u2019s politics and policy, but most importantly he is entrenched in every part of the operation at the White House, Biden allies say.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Klain has kept a steady ship at the White House even during the rockiest of times.\u00a0Biden\u2019s Cabinet is the same at the two-year marker as it was at the start, and the West Wing has seen very little turnover in the first couple of years.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s also the one who has dropped the biggest hints to date about Biden\u2019s intentions: \u201cI expect the decision will be to do it,\u201d Klain said last month at the Wall Street Journal\u2019s CEO Council Summit.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Steve_Ricchetti\"><\/span><strong>Steve Ricchetti\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The White House senior adviser is known as the \u201cBiden whisperer.\u201d But in many ways, he\u2019s also the president\u2019s\u00a0chief dealmaker\u00a0in key moments on Capitol Hill \u2014 including the big infrastructure deal in 2021.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr2_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>\u201cHe was the closer for us, full stop,\u201d said one Biden ally. \u201cHe knows the president, the president trusts what he says. But he also earned the trust of folks on the other side of the negotiating table too.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Having served as chief of staff to Biden during his time as vice president and chief strategist during the 2020 presidential campaign, Ricchetti understands how to frame a potential race for Biden and what he might be up against.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s the Biden whisperer because he has a sense of what the landscape looks like,\u201d one donor said.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr3_ab\"><\/aside>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mike_Donilon\"><\/span><strong>Mike Donilon<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>At the end of the year, Biden\u2019s senior adviser \u2014 who has been by the president\u2019s side since 1981 \u2014 circulated a memo to \u201cinterested parties\u201d about the successes of the administration in its first two years, something that sent a clear message about the president\u2019s political prospects.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In the memo, Donilon, who is known for the major role he plays in speeches and the overall spoken word disseminating from the White House, made the case for why Biden should run again.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn November, the President and the Democrats saw an historic midterm outcome \u2014 far stronger than the disastrous \u2018Red Wave\u2019 that had been predicted,\u201d Donilon wrote. \u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr4_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>\u201cThe result has been a strong jolt of momentum for the President as we move into the New Year. Just look at the results. Democrats gained Governors seats, flipped state legislatures, won crucial Secretary of State races, and held key districts in the House of Representatives. And President Biden became the first President since FDR in 1934 to not lose a single incumbent United States Senate seat,\u201d\u00a0he said.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Donilon and other aides have been working on Biden\u2019s State of the Union for weeks, and it\u2019s expected to be a guide for what the president will tout on the trail should he decide to run again.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Anita_Dunn\"><\/span><strong>Anita Dunn<\/strong>\u00a0<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The prominent communications adviser knows Biden\u2019s style and his messaging arguably better than almost anyone else.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Dunn is credited with steadying the ship during Biden\u2019s tumultuous 2020 campaign and has been an invaluable player at the start of Biden\u2019s presidency.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe\u2019s been there for all the key moments, and that\u2019s no coincidence,\u201d the Biden ally said. \u201cHer counsel matters a lot to the team and to the president and I\u2019m sure he\u2019s listening carefully to what she\u2019s advising on his next steps.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jen_OMalley_Dillon\"><\/span><strong>Jen O\u2019Malley Dillon<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The White House aide has been one of the few outsiders to crack Biden\u2019s inner orbit after serving as his <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/general\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"General\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">general<\/a> election campaign manager.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In the halls of the West Wing, O\u2019Malley Dillon, who serves as a deputy chief of staff, has been quietly laying the groundwork for another political run along with other aides. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>She has been speaking with interest groups to keep them engaged and working on expanding the digital strategy for 2024.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In an interview with The Washington Post last month, she said, \u201cThe idea is not just to meet people where they are, but it\u2019s to meet people everywhere they are.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr5_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>Biden allies say she knows what a second run will entail for Biden and is a major part of the launchpad for another run.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe knows exactly what to expect,\u201d one ally said.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
