Adam Schiff, Eric Swalwell and Ilhan Omar \u2014 from their House committees.<\/p>\n<p>McCarthy (R-Calif.) told the<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/FarnoushAmiri\/status\/1612605345288830979\"> Associated Press<\/a> that he would move to s<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">trip<\/a> the trio of their assignments, following through on a vow of payback for Democrats ousting Reps. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.)<\/figcaption><figcaption><span class=\"credit\">Bloomberg via Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cThe Democrats have created a new thing where they\u2019re picking and choosing who could be on committee,\u201d McCarthy said last January. \u201cNever in the history [of Congress] have you had the majority tell the minority who could be on committee, but this new standard, which these Democrats have voted for \u2014 if Eric Swalwell cannot get a security clearance in the private sector, there\u2019s no reason why he should be given one to be on Intel or Homeland Security.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>McCarthy has said he fears that Swalwell may be compromised after reports emerged in 2020 that a suspected\u00a0Chinese spy infiltrated his campaign and got close to the congressman.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEric Swalwell cannot get a security clearance in the public sector. Why would we ever give him a security clearance in the secrets to America? So, I will not allow him to be on Intel,\u201d McCarthy told Fox <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">News<\/a> in November. \u201cYou have Adam Schiff, who had lied to the American public time and again.
