James Comer (R-Ky.), the chair of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, called on the administration to release the visitor logs from the Delaware home as Republicans heats up their inquiry into Biden\u2019s handling of Obama-era classified documents.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGiven the serious national security implications, the White House must provide the Wilmington residence\u2019s visitor log,\u201d <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/oversight.house.gov\/release\/comer-calls-on-white-house-to-release-bidens-wilmington-residence-visitor-log-questions-why-biden-aides-continue-to-search-properties-in-wake-of-special-counsel\/?utm_source=newsletter&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=newsletter_axiosam&amp;stream=top\">Comer wrote in a letter<\/a> to Biden\u2019s chief of staff, Ron Klain.<\/p>\n<p>Biden\u2019s legal team has said it has found classified documents dating back to Biden\u2019s time as  vice president at the Delaware home as well as a Washington think tank.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Attorney <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/general\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"General\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">General<\/a> Merrick Garland <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ointed Robert Hur last week to be the special counsel that investigates the issue for the Department of Justice (DOJ). Republicans have sounded the alarm that Biden\u2019s handling of classified information could have jeopardized the country\u2019s national security \u2014 a concern that Comer communicated to Klain in the letter.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr2_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>Comer also requested all documents and communications related to the search of Biden\u2019s properties and other locations where classified documents were found. He also wants the identity of the Biden aides who conducted the searches.<\/p>\n<p>Former President Trump, who is also under investigation for his handling of classified information, reacted to the latest development, saying <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/truthsocial.com\/@realDonaldTrump\/posts\/109699378981418781\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/truthsocial.com\/@realDonaldTrump\/posts\/109699378981418781\">in a social media post<\/a> on Monday \u201cMaybe they are smarter than we think!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe White House just announced that there are no LOGS or information of any kind on visitors to the Wilmington house and flimsy, unlocked, and unsecured, but now very famous, garage,\u201d Trump said in the post.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr3_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>As the DOJ investigation and congressional inquiries begin, the White House has been adamant that administration officials have cooperated fully with law enforcement.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u2014 Updated at 1:22 p.m.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
