The government official said that there are many foreign discussions currently h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ening about global industry standards for crypto regulation. <\/p>\n<p>According to Pham, she has gone through more than 75 meetings with various parties to discuss various topics concerning crypto regulation. The CFTC commissioner highlighted that there are \u201cvery advanced discussions\u201d happening outside of the United States about what kind of standards could be applied on a global level. <\/p>\n<p>When asked about the recent issues that highlighted flaws within the space such as Gemini and Genesis\u2019 legal troubles, Pham noted that regulators must think about how to \u201cuse existing authorities to provide the clarity that\u2019s needed now.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>The commissioner noted that this means identifying what a crypto financial instrument is and holding it to the same standards as other financial instruments. In addition, Pham also said that identifying frameworks that apply to non-financial crypto activities and blockchain <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/technology\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"4\" title=\"Technology\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">technology<\/a> use cases must also be explored. <\/p>\n<p>Pham also mentioned that she is hoping for more guidance from regulators based in the US in 2023.
