I have no regrets, I\u2019m following what the lawyers have told me they want me to do. That\u2019s exactly what we\u2019re doing, there\u2019s no there there,\u201d Biden said.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr1_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>Biden reiterated much of what the White House has said consistently this week, which was that the documents were im<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a>tely turned over to the National Archives and the Justice Department and that the president and his team are fully cooperating with the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe found a handful of documents were filed in the wrong place,\u201d he said, adding that he\u2019s \u201clooking forward to getting this resolved quickly.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The president, however, much like his press secretary at times, criticized the reporter for asking the question, noting that he was in California and had just surveyed damage from the recent severe storms in the state. The question followed short remarks from the president, alongside Gov. Gavin <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">News<\/a>om (D-Calif.), about plans for the federal government to help California recover.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou know, I\u2019ll answer the question, but here\u2019s the deal,\u201d Biden told the reporter. \u201cWhat, quite frankly, bugs me is that we have a serious problem here we\u2019re talking about. We\u2019re talking about what\u2019s going on and the American people don\u2019t quite understand why you don\u2019t ask me questions about that.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Biden and his administration have come under fire over the way it handled the revelations, made initially by a CBS News report, that documents were discovered on Nov. 2 at a Washington, D.C., office that once belonged to Biden in between his time as vice president and president. Over the course of the nearly past two weeks, the White House has confirmed that two more batches of documents turned up at Biden\u2019s Wilmington home, including materials officials said were found in his garage.<\/p>\n<p>The president has said that he was surprised about the discovery of the documents in his old office and has not asked what they pertain to, on advice from his attorneys.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr2_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>White House officials have been adamant that they are limited in how much they can say about the discovery of the documents, what\u2019s in them and when the president was informed of the situation, citing an ongoing Justice Department investigation and the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ointment of a special counsel by Attorney <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/general\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"General\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">General<\/a> Merrick Garland.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
