(Harry How\/Getty Images)<\/figcaption><\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Pro Football Hall of Famer and Fox personality Shannon Sharpe <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>eared to spark an altercation with the entire Memphis Grizzlies team and Tee Morant on Friday night during their <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a> against the Los Angeles Lakers at Crypto.com Arena.<\/p>\n<p>Sharpe was sitting courtside at the game when the altercation started just before halftime. Both Ja Morant and Dillon Brooks were seen talking at Sharpe as they started walking off the court for the locker rooms. Before they got to the tunnel, however, things erupted.<\/p>\n<p>Almost the entire Grizzlies bench, led by 6-foot-11 center Steven Adams, suddenly charged at Sharpe \u2014 which prompted security to jump in and try to hold them back.<\/p>\n<p>Tee Morant, Ja&#8217;s father, then came up to Sharpe and the larger group from the side, and the two had to be separated by security. Sharpe and the elder Morant were then walked off the floor in different directions by security, but both returned to their seats for the second half.<\/p>\n<p>The cause of the altercation, at least from Sharpe\u2019s point of view, was incredibly stupid.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/mcten\/status\/1616654355071135744?s=20&amp;t=tSqye2rsCKJBM1_t8suTIw\" data-ylk=\"slk:Sharpe told ESPN\u2019s Dave McMenamin\" class=\"link rapid-noclick-resp\">Sharpe told ESPN\u2019s Dave McMenamin<\/a> the fight started after Sharpe told Brooks he \u201cwas too small to guard LeBron [James].\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"caas-pull-quote-wrapper caas-img caas-lazy\" data-src=\"\">\n<blockquote class=\"caas-blockquote\">\n<p>\u201cThey didn\u2019t want this smoke, Dave,\u201d Sharpe told ESPN. \u201cThey do all that talking and jockeying and I ain\u2019t about that jockeying. It started with Dillon Brooks. I said he was too small to guard LeBron. He said, \u2018F***\u2019 me. I said, \u2018F*** you\u2019 back. He started to come at me and I said, \u2018You don\u2019t want these problems.\u2019<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caas-pull-quote-wrapper caas-img caas-lazy\" data-src=\"\">\n<blockquote class=\"caas-blockquote\">\n<p>\u201cAnd then Ja came out of nowhere talking. He definitely didn\u2019t want these problems. Then the dad came and he obviously didn\u2019t want no problems. But I wanted anything they had. Don\u2019t let these fools fool you now.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<p>It&#8217;s not exactly clear why Sharpe, who is technically a member of the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a>, started heckling Brooks in the first place. And, obviously, Brooks has a much better chance at guarding James than the 54-year-old retired tight end does.<\/p>\n<p>Tee Morant told <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ChrisBHaynes\/status\/1616657799764914181\" data-ylk=\"slk:Bleacher Report's Chris Haynes\" class=\"link rapid-noclick-resp\">Bleacher Report&#8217;s Chris Haynes<\/a> after the altercation that both he and Sharpe &#8220;are good,&#8221; and that he has &#8220;nothing but love for him.&#8221; The two then made up during the third quarter.<\/p>\n<p>The Lakers rallied in the fourth quarter to take the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/sports.yahoo.com\/nba\/memphis-grizzlies-los-angeles-lakers-2023012013\/\" data-ylk=\"slk:122-121 win\" class=\"link rapid-noclick-resp\">122-121 win<\/a>, which snapped Memphis&#8217; 11-game win streak. Sharpe was still very invested in the game on the final sequence, too.<\/p>\n<p>Russell Westbrook led the Lakers with 29 points and six assists off the bench. James finished with 23 points, nine rebounds and six assists, and Dennis Schroder added 19 points, eight rebounds and eight assists.<\/p>\n<p>Morant led Memphis with 22 points and eight rebounds, and Tyus Jones and Brandon Clarke added 20 points off the bench each.
