It aims to fill pre<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">script<\/a>ions for generic medications for one low monthly price.<\/p>\n<p>Amazon already runs a pharmacy through its online store, bolstered by <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2018\/06\/28\/amazon-to-acquire-online-pharmacy-pillpack.html?tag=lsmedia-13990-20\">the purchase of PillPack in 2018<\/a>, but now the company is going a step further. Instead of buying each drug individually, Amazon is launching an optional subscription called <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pharmacy.amazon.com\/rxpass?tag=lsmedia-13990-20\">RxPass<\/a>, priced at $5 per month in the United States. No health insurance is required, but most (if not all) of the medications are controlled substances that require a prescription from a doctor.<\/p>\n<p>RxPass doesn\u2019t cover every drug Amazon sells, but it does provide access to \u201ccommonly prescribed generic medications that treat more than 80 common health conditions.\u201d There\u2019s a full list on the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pharmacy.amazon.com\/rxpass?tag=lsmedia-13990-20\">RxPass website<\/a>, which includes anti-inflammatory drugs like\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Piroxicam\">Piroxicam<\/a> and <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Naproxen\">Naproxen<\/a>, nine medications for high blood pressure and cardiac\u00a0dysrhythmias, and even some drugs for treating Parkinson\u2019s disease.<\/p>\n<p>The new subscription could potentially save some people a lot of money, but there is a darker side to RxPass. <em>CNN<\/em> reports that the subscription is almost certainly a loss leader for Amazon, meaning it\u2019s intended to maintain subscriptions to Amazon Prime rather than be self-sustaining.
