font-family:Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; font-style:normal; font-weight:normal; line-height:17px; text-decoration:none;\">A post shared by Chanel Thierry (@chaneldijon)<\/a>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p> <script async src=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Mustard rebutted with a court filing of his own on Thursday (January 26), and vehemently denied his ex-wife\u2019s claim that he\u2019s been stiffing her out of money.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cChanel\u2019s claim that I have starved her out financially since separation is a flat-out lie,\u201d Mustard\u2019s filing read, which was obtained by <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/radaronline.com\/p\/dj-mustard-fired-back-ex-wife-financial-claims-legal-war\/\"><em>Radar Online<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mobile outerAdHatch\">\n<div class=\"ad-border\">\n<div class=\"innerAdHatch\">\n<div id=\"contentUnit300\" class=\"adUnits\" inserted=\"shortcode\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The producer\u2019s latest filing seeks joint legal and physical custody of their children and demands equal rights in regard to making important decisions related to their education or health.<\/p>\n<p>Thierry\u2019s filing had asked for \u201ctie-breaking authority\u201d in regard to decisions pertaining to the \u201chealth and education\u201d of their children, claiming it has become \u201cincreasingly difficult to co-parent with Mustard as he does not communicate or answer text messages.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"mobile outerAdHatch\">\n<div class=\"ad-border\">\n<div class=\"innerAdHatch\">\n<div id=\"contentUnit400\" class=\"adUnits\" inserted=\"shortcode\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Mustard\u2019s rebuttal also states that he\u2019s willing to pay the previously agreed-upon child support figure of $18,242 a month, and said he has been incredibly generous with his finances since the former spouses divorced last May.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFrom the time Chanel and I separated in May 2022, I continued to uphold my obligation to support her and the children,\u201d Mustard\u2019s filing read. \u201cI continued to pay all of Chanel\u2019s living expenses, including all of her credit card bills. I also continued paying Chanel\u2019s housing costs and the children\u2019s expenses including private school tuition.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He continued by saying he has paid over $2,000 a month for Chanel\u2019s Lamborghini SUV. \u201cFinally, I have also paid 100 percent of our agreed-upon spousal support buy-out of $315,000 in accordance with the terms of the Premarital Agreement,\u201d Mustard continued.<\/p>\n<p>The Grammy-award-winning producer also criticized Thierry for \u201cholding him out to the public in a false and defamatory light,\u201d and attacking him on <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social media<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mobile outerAdHatch\">\n<div class=\"ad-border\">\n<div class=\"innerAdHatch\">\n<div id=\"contentUnit500\" class=\"adUnits\" inserted=\"shortcode\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The legal filing comes after Thierry\u00a0blasted Mustard for not contributing any child support, taking to social media in November to call the multi-platinum producer out for failing to uphold his obligations to their children.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese men be so bitter after they leave. How u mad at me for stepping after you left me,\u201d Thierry wrote on Instagram at the time. \u201cNot paying me child support or alimony to purposefully spite me. After I already signed a prenup.
