The two have reportedly known each other for years but they got closer on the set of their new thriller\u00a0<em>Breathe<\/em>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mobile outerAdHatch\">\n<div class=\"ad-border\">\n<div class=\"innerAdHatch\">\n<div id=\"contentUnit200\" class=\"adUnits\" inserted=\"shortcode\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cThings took a romantic turn while they were filming in Philadelphia over the summer,\u201d the insider told <em>Radar<\/em>. \u201cWhen the day\u2019s shoot wrapped, they\u2019d always find their way to each other\u2019s side.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The insider continued: \u201cThey\u2019ve kept up their communication since shooting the movie. They get together whenever their schedules allow. An eyewitness told <em>Radar<\/em> the soon-to-be couple were \u201ccozy and flirty\u201d and were engaged in \u201clots of cuddling and giggling\u201d throughout the entire dinner.<\/p>\n<p>In September, Hudson addressed her dinner with Common on <em>Entertainment Tonight<\/em> saying: \u201cPeople create their narratives of it, and it\u2019s like, OK, you know, how you feel. We shot a film together, and he played my husband. We gotta eat in between those moments.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Things picked up again after Common and Hudson were spotted together after the rapper had picked her up from filming her talk show in Burbank, California. The pair looked comfortable together outside of the show lot before jumping into his car.<\/p>\n<p>Jennifer Hudson ended her engagement to professional wrestler David Otunga in 2017 and Common called it quits with actor Tiffany Haddish in 2021. As he explained: \u201cI don\u2019t think the love really dispersed. I just think it was like we weren\u2019t feeding the relationship. Neither one of us is gonna stop.
