\n The mayor of Washington, DC, ripped militant Black Lives Matter protesters caught on camera abusing white diners \u2014 urging any victims to call the cops on them.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat I saw in those videos was highly inapp<\/a>ropriate,\u201d DC Mayor Muriel Bowser said at a press conference Wednesday. \u201cIt was likely against the law if they were on private property.\u201d<\/p>\n

Viral videos showed the diners harassed if they refused to comply with the mob\u2019s wishes and raise a fist in support of the movement.<\/p>\n

One large group even shouted in the face of one woman who said she had marched with them for \u201cweeks.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThere should be enforcement any time the law is broken, and we would encourage any diner or restaurant to call the police immedia<\/a>tely,\u201d the mayor added.<\/p>\n

Bowser insisted the confrontations were the wrong way to protest and get the BLM message across.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t think it had anything to do with demands for social justice,\u201d she said, without clarifying when pressed to elaborate.<\/p>\n

\u201cI also don\u2019t think that D.C. residents would be bullied out of living their everyday lives,\u201d she said.\n <\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
