The Alameda wallet activity post-FTX bankruptcy filing has been a big concern for the crypto community, with many questioning the merits of the law enforcement agencies and how these wallets are being accessed.<\/p>\n<p>The Alameda wallet address, \u2018brokenfish.eth\u2019, transferred nearly $2 million worth of FTT tokens from the BentoBox smart contract on SushiSwap. The smart contract in question serves as the central vault for the entire Sushi ecosystem. Former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried has a history with SushiSwap that dates back to 2020 when he took over the protocol from former top developer Chef Nomi.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cAlameda Research 4\u201d wallet bought more than 1 million FTT (roughly $2.3 million) in the $1.86\u2013$1.87 range. The wallet also opened a loan position on Abracadabra, currently mortgaging 73,000 FTT and $31,000.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.cointelegraph.com\/uploads\/2023-02\/83301c20-e339-48cb-aa02-5d91925eabb9.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><figcaption style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Movement of FTT tokens from Alameda wallets. Source: Etherscan<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Many linked the movement of funds to the ongoing bankruptcy proceedings and believed John Ray III, the court-<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ointed CEO of FTX, sanctioned the fund movements. Ray III has made no secret of his desire to seize control of the exchange\u2019s assets and those of its subsidiaries to pay off its debts. On Jan. 17, FTX announced that it had discovered over $5.5 billion in liquid assets throughout its investigations, with more than $3 billion owed to its top 50 debtors. <\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Related:\u00a0Hodlnaut works with potential buyers to sell firm and FTX claims: Report<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This was not the first instance in February that Alameda-linked wallets moved funds.
