Artificial Intelligence has often been seen as a <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/technology\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"4\" title=\"Technology\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">technology<\/a> that could improve how people use and interact with crypto. In the latest episode of <em>Hashing It Out,<\/em> the integration of AI with crypto is discussed at length.<\/p>\n<p>Cointelegraph\u2019s Elisha Owusu Akyaw (GhCryptoGuy) interviewed Nansen CEO Alex Svanevik about the importance of on-chain data and the use of artificial intelligence in crypto in Episode 8 of <em>Hashing It Out<\/em>. <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.cointelegraph.com\/uploads\/2023-02\/ca079e65-df11-4e98-92dd-667ff76e68e4.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>The narrative that artificial intelligence is taking over has intensified with the popularity of OpenAI and <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>lications like ChatGPT. The trend has also extended into the crypto industry, which has witnessed a price surge in tokens associated with AI-related crypto projects. Svanevik is certain that AI will be integrated into cryptocurrency applications in a way that will significantly improve user experience.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He explained that similar to Bing integrating ChatGPT, several crypto on-chain data platforms will use AI to help users find information more easily. According to the Nansen CEO, most of the results that platforms show users currently require substantial work, which can be changed to human-readable content with artificial intelligence. <\/p>\n<p><template data-ct-widget=\"buzzsprout\" data-buzzsprout-podcast-id=\"2096415\"><\/template><\/p>\n<p>After several cryptocurrency platforms went bankrupt in 2022, institutions adopted a new standard called \u201cproof of reserve\u201d to provide transparency for their end users, which has sparked debates. Svanevik believes that proof of reserves, or reserve transparency, is useful. However, he doesn\u2019t think it\u2019s enough unless they also show what he terms \u201cproof of solvency,\u201d which can be done through a combination of proof of reserves and proof of liabilities. <\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, Svanevik argued that the popular conclusion on <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter<\/a> that proof of reserves is useless because one can\u2019t confirm solvency is wrong, as many of last year\u2019s collapses could have been avoided if users had more information on how the exchanges and lending platforms were managing deposits through on-chain data.
