That\u2019s just weeks away!! The outlet reported the home \u201cwill be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Fulton County, Georgia,\u201d according to the legal papers. The reason for the foreclosure has been listed as \u201camong other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness,\u201d the docs added:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThe debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in Security Deed and by law, including attorney\u2019s fees (notice of intent to collect attorney\u2019s fees having been given).\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>The legal records continued:<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-63ea5ee5dbc34-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cSaid property will be sold subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes (including taxes which are a lien, but not yet due and payable), any matters which might be disclosed by an accurate survey and inspection of the property, any assessments, liens, encumbrances, zoning ordinances, restrictions, covenants, and matters of record superior to the Security Deed first set out above.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The reality star and ex-<strong>NFL<\/strong> athlete purchased the home in 2012 for $880,000, taking out two mortgages to finance the residence, according to court records. After completing massive renovations, the home\u2019s current value is $2,535,285. It is described as an Estate home located on the 18th hole in the <strong>Manor Golf &amp; Country Club<\/strong>. Back in October 2022, there were reports the home would be auctioned off after the couple couldn\u2019t repay a $300,000 loan. Shortly after, it was rumored to have sold for just $257,000. But the next month, the 44-year-old took to her <strong>Instagram<\/strong> to blast the reports, saying:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cOkay you guys, my house was not sold for $257,000. If you guys think I would let my home that we\u2019ve put millions and millions of dollars into go for $257,000, you\u2019re an idiot, okay? For real\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>She went on:<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-63ea5ee5dbc3d-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cSo what are you gonna do, haters, when I\u2019m here for Christmas, and I\u2019m here for my birthday in May, and I\u2019m here for all these amazing dates? So enjoy the view, haters, because you\u2019re gonna be seeing it for quite some time.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Interestingly, the mother of six also addressed foreclosure rumors on the \u2018gram last week \u2014 just two days before <em>All<\/em> <em>About The Tea<\/em>\u2018s latest report. When a fan seemingly asked if <strong>Jason Aldean<\/strong> had purchased her home amid foreclosure reports, she said:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cWTF!!
