RiRi\u2019s highly anticipated performance went down at the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona on Sunday evening (February 12), and saw her\u00a0deliver a medley of hits including \u201cWork,\u201d \u201cUmbrella\u201d and \u201cDiamonds,\u201d\u00a0as well as\u00a0Kanye West\u2019s\u00a0\u201cAll of the Lights\u201d and\u00a0JAY-Z\u2019s\u00a0\u201cRun this Town.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As the 13-minute show unfolded, A$AP Rocky could be seen proudly watching his partner\u2019s set from inside the stadium, while JAY-Z \u2014 who\u00a0helped Rihanna put together her halftime show\u00a0\u2014 was spotted doing the same in the stands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As for Chris Brown ,who notoriously assaulted Rihanna back in 2009 when they were together, the R&B singer took to social media<\/a> to champion his ex-girlfriend\u2019s big moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cGo Girl,\u201d Brown wrote with a heart emoji on his Instagram Stories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Rihanna has long\u00a0forgiven Chris Brown for beating her, which resulted in him being\u00a0convicted of felony assault.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In 2020, Oprah Winfrey re-released a 2012 interview with Rihanna for an episode of Oprah Winfrey\u2019s Supersoul Conversations<\/em> podcast<\/a> in which the \u201cPon De Replay\u201d singer opened up about her love for the Indigo<\/em> crooner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWe\u2019ve been working on our friendship again,\u201d she said. \u201cNow we\u2019re very very close friends.
