We thought this guy was going for a criminology PhD!<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-63f549a8a1585-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>If you\u2019ve been following the\u00a0<strong>University of Idaho<\/strong> murder case, you know there is an overwhelming amount of evidence against\u00a0<strong>Bryan Kohberger<\/strong>. It seems in all likelihood if he doesn\u2019t plead guilty he\u2019ll be convicted on four first-degree murder charges for the brutal stabbings of\u00a0<strong>Maddie Mogen<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Kaylee Goncalves<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Xana Kernodle<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Ethan Chapin<\/strong>. That\u2019s our very non-lawyery opinion obviously. But come on, we\u2019re far from alone there!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related: Kohberger Is Getting LOVE LETTERS From This Single Mom!<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>One person who doesn\u2019t see this as an unwinnable case? The defendant. Kohberger doesn\u2019t just think he has a shot, he firmly believes it! Multiple sources directly connected to the case told\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">News<\/a>Nation<\/em> over the weekend the 28-year-old has been telling people he\u2019s \u201cconfident\u201d he\u2019ll be cleared. And we\u2019re not talking about getting off on a technicality or something \u2014 he thinks he\u2019ll be \u201cexonerated.\u201d As in, it will be proven he\u2019s innocent. Like, formal apologies and lawsuits for false prosecution \u2014\u00a0<em>exonerated<\/em>.<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-63f549a8a158c-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Yeah. Wow.<\/p>\n<p>Look, all we\u2019ve seen is the probable cause affidavit so far \u2014 the <strong>Moscow Police Department<\/strong> have been remarkably tight-lipped through all this \u2014 and there\u2019s already so much!<\/p>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>First off, there\u2019s his car and phone \u2014 both of which place him in the area. There\u2019s video of his vehicle in the neighborhood at the time, driving in slowly before the time of the murders but speeding away after. Considering he was living just across the border at\u00a0<strong>Washington State University<\/strong>, we\u2019ve seen no explanation for why he\u2019d be there. As for the phone, it was turned off completely at the time of the murders \u2014 but it showed he\u2019d been in the same places as the victims for months! The easy inference here is that he was following them around.<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-63f549a8a1593-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Speaking of following, he was reportedly following all three of the female victims on\u00a0<strong>Instagram<\/strong> \u2014 and even DMed one repeatedly without ever getting a message back. While that isn\u2019t a rock solid motive, it certainly exudes angry incel vibes. So it\u2019s obviously not going to be difficult to paint that kind of portrait for the jury, especially given the reports he was creeping out female students at his own school, too.<\/p>\n<p>But that\u2019s just the preamble. The real showstopper is the fact a knife sheath was found at the scene, and the cops were able to get DNA from it. And that DNA matched Kohberger. We mean\u2026 that\u2019s as much a smoking gun as there is, right? What possible reasonable doubt could his public defender cast on a <em>knife sheath<\/em> covered in his <em>DNA<\/em> being present in the room where Kaylee and Maddie were butchered??<\/p>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Related: Why It Took So Long For The Roommates To Call The Police<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-63f549a8a159b-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>And there\u2019s still more to come.\u00a0A search of Kohberger\u2019s apartment turned up multiple hair and blood samples. If those match the victims, forget about it! Not to mention one of the surviving roommates saw the killer leave. He was wearing a mask covering his nose and mouth, but she described him as \u201c5\u201910 or taller, male, not very muscular, but athletically built with bushy eyebrows.\u201d That\u2019s spot on. And if she\u2019s able to ID him in the courtroom?<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ll just say, we\u2019re no doctoral candidates in the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/sciencee\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"5\" title=\"Science\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">science<\/a> of criminology, but we\u2019re not \u201cconfident\u201d at all he\u2019ll be exonerated. Quite the opposite.
