His parents expect him to take over the family farm and continue with their traditions. But Carl also feels drawn to his native homeland and is caught between two worlds. Bodil J\u00f8rgensen and Bjarne Henriksen co-star. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n    \u201cI feel very honored and I want to thank the jury for this generous recognition,\u201d said Malene Choi in a statement. \u201cThis film is about how it feels to be a body out of place and about the need to belong.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n    <em>The Quiet Migration <\/em>marks Choi\u2019s narrative debut after the 2018 hybrid doc-fiction <em>The Return<\/em>, which looks at similar issues around transnational adoption.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n    Choi co-wrote the film\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">script<\/a> together with Sissel Dalsgaard Thomsen. Maria M\u00f8ller Kjeldgaard produced for Manna Film. Paradis is handling distribution for <em>The Quiet Migration<\/em> in Denmark, and Mer Film in Norway.
