On-chain data suggest that Voyager received at least $100 million in USD Coin (USDC) in three days, starting Feb. 24.<\/p>\n<p>Since Valentine\u2019s Day, Feb. 14, Voyager has sent crypto assets to Coinbase on an almost daily basis, alleges on-chain analyst Lookonchain. The investigation shows that Voyager transferred millions of dollars using a mixed bag of cryptocurrency tokens, including Ether (ETH), Shiba Inu (SHIB) and Chainlink (LINK).<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">1\/ It seems that <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Voyager?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Voyager<\/a> is selling assets through <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Coinbase?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Coinbase<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We noticed that <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Voyager?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Voyager<\/a> has received 100M $ USDC from <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Coinbase?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Coinbase<\/a> in the past 3 days.<\/p>\n<p>And <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Voyager?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Voyager<\/a> has sent assets to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Coinbase?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Coinbase<\/a> almost every day from Feb 14.<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/VW8o8dBQtq\">https:\/\/t.co\/VW8o8dBQtq<\/a><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/qbHt0r7VNG\">https:\/\/t.co\/qbHt0r7VNG<\/a> <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/kfxF6rwHFk\">pic.twitter.com\/kfxF6rwHFk<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Lookonchain (@lookonchain) <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/lookonchain\/status\/1629700878235230208?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">February 26, 2023<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>Lookonchain revealed Voyager\u2019s use of 23 tokens, valued at over $100 million. The image below shows a list of tokens with their value in U.S. dollars. Source: Lookonchain<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Despite the sell-off, Voyager holds nearly $530 million in crypto, with the largest shares in Ether ($276 million) and Shiba Inu ($81 million).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Related: <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>Voyager creditors serve SBF a subpoena to <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ear in court for a \u2018remote deposition\u2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Amid the alleged sell-off of funds, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) objected to Binance.US\u2019 move to acquire over $1 billion of assets belonging to Voyager.<\/p>\n<p>In a Feb. 22 filing submitted to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, the SEC stated:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cHowever, the Debtors (Binance.US) have yet to demonstrate that they would be able to conduct such sales in compliance with the federal securities laws.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The filing highlights concerns over the lawfulness and ability to undertake planned asset restructuring through the acquisition.
