I understand why,\u201d the HBO \u201cReal Time\u201d host told Jake T<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>er on Tuesday\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/videos\/media\/2023\/03\/01\/maher-tapper-scared-trump-vpx.cnn\">as part of a CNN prime-time special<\/a>. \u201cAnd I don\u2019t know what he would do in a second term.\u201d<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr1_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>The comic and liberal commentator said after Trump won the 2016 presidential election, \u201cI was afraid for my own wellbeing. I thought I could wind up in Guant\u00e1namo Bay. I think I still could.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s obsessed sometimes. I don\u2019t know. He went on a tear for about eight months when he was president. Every time he\u2019d have a rally, I have a list three pages long of the things he\u2019s called me,\u201d he said of the 45<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0president.<\/p>\n<p>Maher, 67, has been a frequent critic of Trump, referring to the ex-real estate developer and 2024 Republican presidential candidate as \u201ceverything\u00a0wrong\u00a0with a human being stuffed into one man.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Trump has slammed Maher as a \u201cradical left maniac.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Earlier this month, Trump attacked CNN for adding Maher\u2019s \u201cOvertime\u201d post-show segment to its Friday night programming. The cable network, Trump wrote in a\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/truthsocial.com\/@realDonaldTrump\/posts\/109846143205490783\">Truth Social post<\/a>, \u201cwants to give wacky liddle\u2019 Bill Maher a shot at bringing them back to just normal \u2018bad\u2019 when Bill Maher suffers from the same affliction as CNN \u2014 BAD RATINGS!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI mean, he is obviously someone who does not know any boundaries, and, you know, you have to worry when you see what other authoritarian rulers do in other countries to people,\u201d Maher told Tapper of Trump.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr2_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m not thinking he\u2019s going to become [Russian President Vladimir Putin] and start pushing people out windows,\u201d Maher said, \u201cbut I\u2019m not going to live on the 30th floor anywhere either.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
