According to <em>TMZ<\/em>, the reality star and the businessman BOTH filed their own divorce documents, with Drew edging out her estranged husband by just one hour! The outlet reported that the <strong>Gwinnett County Court<\/strong> in Georgia stamped Drew\u2019s docs as received at 1:10 p.m. Monday, while Ralph\u2019s were stamped 61 minutes later at 2:11 p.m. We guess she won the footrace\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ralph\u2019s docs, which were obtained by <em>TMZ<\/em>, state their date of separation as February 19, while Drew\u2019s claim it to be February 23. Ordinarily, different dates are a red flag, but you know\u2026 close enough, right?\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Both parties, however, agree the marriage is \u201cirretrievably broken,\u201d with Drew adding she \u201creserves the right to add additional ground for divorce\u201d if they can\u2019t reach a settlement.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Ralph\u2019s legal docs, he asks for joint legal and physical custody of their two shared children, 7-year-old <strong>Machai<\/strong>, and 5-year-old <strong>Aniya<\/strong>, and petitions against paying spousal support, claiming Drew\u2019s <strong>Bravo<\/strong> checks serve as an adequate sole income.
