\/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/215376511\/delayed\" class=\"negative\">-1.00%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       fell 1.3% to $2.715 a gallon, while April heating oil<br \/>\n        HOJ23,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/215376430\/delayed\" class=\"negative\">-1.76%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       declined 2% to $2.855 a gallon.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n      April natural gas<br \/>\n        NGJ23,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/210190347\/delayed\" class=\"negative\">-12.73%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       slumped 11.3% to $2.67 per million British thermal class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h6>\n<p> Chinese Premier Li Keqiang, the country\u2019s top economic official, on Sunday announced that year\u2019s growth target was \u201caround 5%\u201d following the end of COVID-related controls that kept millions of people at home and triggered protests.
