The U.S. alone<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/statistics\/499952\/ewaste-generation-worldwide-by-major-country\/\"> threw out 6,918 <em>tonnes<\/em> of e-waste<\/a> in 2019. Rather than an array of tools for a variety of situations, the Manta Driver Kit zeroes in on premium anodized aluminum drivers and over 100 steel bits.<\/p>\n<p>This is why I think if you\u2019re looking for a comprehensive, bang-for-your-buck set of tools, you should go for the<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/iFixit-Pro-Tech-Toolkit-Electronics\/dp\/B01GF0KV6G?tag=lsmedia-11794-20&amp;asc_refurl=https:\/\/www.reviewgeek.com\/145749\/ifixit-manta-driver-kit-review\/\"> iFixit Pro Tech Toolkit instead. But, if you already have a set of tools and your aim is to expand coverage to (almost) every screw in the game, the Manta Driver Kit won\u2019t disappoint.<\/p>\n<p>Whether you need Philips or flathead, pentalobe or <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">trip<\/a>oint, this kit has you covered.\u00a0Made of S2 (4mm bits) and 6150 (1\/4in bits) steel, the bits feel solid and unwilling to bend under most circumstances. You can twist, pull, or bop them, and they\u2019ll stare at you from the foam plate like, \u201cbetter luck next time!\u201d I ended up using a nitrile glove to get a bit more grip on those slippery few, and it did the trick.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"admonishment_note\"><p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Check iFixit\u2019s store page for a <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ifixit.com\/Store\/Tools\/Manta-Driver-Kit--112-Bit-Driver-Kit\/IF145-392#:~:text=4%20mm%20Screwdriver%20Bits\">full list of included screwdriver bits<\/a>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>There are some upsides to the foam, too. I like that every bit has a mini diagram underneath that labels and depicts which tip you\u2019re reaching for.<\/p>\n<p>As a welcome addition, the bits are also magnetic and slot right into the end of the aluminum drivers. A good screwdriver can\u2019t be overlooked, and certainly won\u2019t be if you\u2019ve had the misfortune of using subpar tools in the past.<\/p>\n<p>Both the 5.5in and 6.25in driver feature a blue rotating end cap that makes twisting in and out easy as can be.
