Yeah, we got an unsolicited offer for Showtime. We looked at it. And the reality is it wasn\u2019t that interesting to us. Because, if you compare that price \u2014 and it\u2019s been rumored in the press, I\u2019m not going to repeat it \u2014 to our internal business plan, the reality is it has far more value creating when you take the base earnings and the synergies and by the way how it affects the streaming path to profitability,\u201d Bakish told a the Morgan Stanley TMT Investors Conference during an <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>earance that was webcast.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n    \u201cIt just didn\u2019t make sense to divest the asset at anywhere near that price. And, you know, we\u2019re stewards of shareholder value. If we see something accretive, based on a strategic thesis, based on a commercial thesis, based on a financial thesis, we\u2019re going to look at it,\u201d he said, without talking directly about early-stage talks on a possible BET majority stake sale. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n    It\u2019s understood that Tyler Perry, a longtime partner of BET, is engaged in conversations to buy the stake.
