The unexpected hit put Sharon\u2019s name on the map, but over a decade later, the perception of her from that film caused her some pain in real life. On Tuesday\u2019s episode of the <em>Table for Two<\/em> podcast, the 64-year-old opened up to host <strong>Bruce Bozzi<\/strong> about how she lost custody of her son <strong>Roan Bronstein<\/strong> \u2014 and the judge made it clear why:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI lost custody of my child. When the judge asked my child \u2013 my tiny little boy, \u2018Do you know your mother makes sex <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">movies<\/a>?\u2019 This kind of abuse by the system, that it was considered what kind of parent I was because I made that movie.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>Just awful! For the judge to demean her like that! For crying out loud. It was a MOVIE! A hit movie that America thought was pretty great, btw. \u201cSex movies.\u201d How reductive. Phil and Sharon adopted Roan in 2000 after they wed in 1998. They would go on to finalize their divorce in 2004, and the mother of three would attempt to get full custody of him in 2008, which eventually led to her getting all custody taken away. The judge also stated she left Roan with \u201cthird parties\u201d to look after him. She denied the wild claims at the time.<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-640996200e698-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>After the <em>Catwoman<\/em> actress lost her <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>eal to gain full custody, she went on to adopt two more children \u2014 in 2005 she adopted 17-year-old <strong>Laird Vonne<\/strong> and in 2006 she adopted 16-year-old <strong>Quinn Kelly<\/strong>. Losing custody of Roan didn\u2019t break their special bond, however, and he even applied to add \u201cStone\u201d to his legal name in 2019. The now 22-year-old is often seen spending time with his beloved mother.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re so glad Sharon and Roan are able to have such a good relationship today, despite the judginess of judges.
