Source: TradingView<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In contrast, the entire crypto market&#8217;s cap has dropped by about 5% in the same period, with top coins Bitcoin (BTC) and Ether (ETH) losing by 4.5% and 4%, respectively.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ripple_scores_early_win_versus_SEC\"><\/span>Ripple scores early win versus SEC\u00a0<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>XRP&#8217;s gains <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ear as investors pin their hopes on Ripple winning its long-running courtroom battle against the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).<\/p>\n<p>On March 6, U.S. District Judge Analisa Torres <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/s\/auy95flzerbdsxc\/SEC%20v.%20Ripple%20Ruling%20on%20Daubert%20Motions.pdf?dl=0\">issued<\/a> a ruling on motions filed by Ripple and the SEC to exclude the comments of expert witnesses from the upcoming summary judgment. She approved and denied the motions in part, underscoring no clear winner and loser in the matter.<\/p>\n<p>However, removing the so-called &#8220;Expert No. 1,&#8221; Patrick Doody, who the SEC roped as its primary witness to testify about the perceptions of a reasonable XRP purchaser, led XRP market participants to believe that Ripple may end up winning the lawsuit.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\"><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SECGov?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@SECGov<\/a> VS. <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Ripple?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@Ripple<\/a> .
