The Senate passed the measure by unanimous consent last week.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">When asked Friday whether he would sign the legislation into law, Biden told reporters, \u201cI haven\u2019t made that decision yet.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Passage of the bill, titled the Covid\u201319 Origin Act of 2023, comes after it was revealed that the U.S. Energy Department had concluded with \u201clow confidence\u201d that the\u00a0pandemic\u00a0\u201clikely\u201d originated from a\u00a0laboratory leak\u00a0in the Chinese city of Wuhan. That was according to a classified report delivered to key lawmakers on the House and the Senate Intelligence committees, two sources previously confirmed to NBC <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">News<\/a>.<\/p>\n<section class=\"inline-video inline-video--in-body\">\n<div class=\"inline-video__background\">\n<div class=\"inline-video__player\">\n<div class=\"videoPlayer styles_videoPlayer__hWpgx styles_adNotPlaying__yQRQY styles_alignDesktopBottom__p456K styles_alignMobileBottom__vA8hP\">\n<div class=\"videoSlate\"><picture class=\"\"><source media=\"(min-width: 1240px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/media-cldnry.s-nbcnews.com\/image\/upload\/t_focal-860x484,f_auto,q_auto:best\/mpx\/2704722219\/2023_02\/1677627162010_now_hallie_kdi_fbi_covid_230228_1920x1080-tmt99j.jpg\"><\/source><source media=\"(min-width: 758px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/media-cldnry.s-nbcnews.com\/image\/upload\/t_focal-1000x563,f_auto,q_auto:best\/mpx\/2704722219\/2023_02\/1677627162010_now_hallie_kdi_fbi_covid_230228_1920x1080-tmt99j.jpg\"><\/source><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/media-cldnry.s-nbcnews.com\/image\/upload\/t_focal-760x428,f_auto,q_auto:best\/mpx\/2704722219\/2023_02\/1677627162010_now_hallie_kdi_fbi_covid_230228_1920x1080-tmt99j.jpg\" height=\"1080\" width=\"1920\"><\/picture><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<p class=\"\">FBI Director Christopher Wray, meanwhile, said in a recent interview with Fox News that the &#8220;FBI has for quite some time now assessed that the origins of the pandemic are most likely a potential lab incident in Wuhan.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">He also complained that the Chinese government had been doing &#8220;its best to try to thwart and obfuscate the work here, the work that we\u2019re doing, the work that our U.S. government and close foreign partners are doing, and that\u2019s unfortunate for everybody.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">The bill was introduced last month by Sens.
