According to her lawyer <strong>Neama Rahmani<\/strong>, the <em>Scheananigans<\/em> podcast host is \u201cdevastated\u201d by what has gone down:<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-640cf04b4863f-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cHere\u2019s someone that [Scheana] considered a dear friend, a younger sister. Scheana is obviously upset. [She] and Raquel were friends for years. She actually invited Raquel into her home where she lived for six months. So, for her to betray her like this, she\u2019s devastated.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The attorney added:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201c[For Raquel] to try to shift the blame and point the finger at [Scheana] when she\u2019s the one who\u2019s an admitted liar and she\u2019s the one who\u2019s been going around Ariana\u2019s back \u2014 this is something that is mind-boggling and something that Scheana still hasn\u2019t wrapped her head around.\u201d<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-640cf04b48643-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Beyond the legal battle, Raquel hit the cast of <em>Vanderpump Rules<\/em> earlier this week with a legal letter to delete the explicit video of her and Sandoval and not forward it to anyone. She claimed the <strong>FaceTime<\/strong> video \u2013 which <strong>Kristen Doute<\/strong> alleged was a clip of \u201che and Raquel masturbating\u201d \u2013 was recorded \u201cillegally\u201d and \u201cwithout permission.\u201d But Rahmani insisted that Scheana did NOT get the intimate video of the duo:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI can tell you that Scheana has never received the video. She has never seen the video. So any allegations with respect to Scheana in the video, I mean, those just aren\u2019t true.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>Hmm\u2026<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-640cf04b48646-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The restraining order is certainly a messy situation that complicates a lot of things. Ever since Raquel served the restraining order to Scheana, <strong>Bravo<\/strong> fans have been concerned about what this means for the highly-anticipated season 10 reunion for <em>VPR<\/em>. Since Scheana has to stay away from Raquel and their hearing isn\u2019t scheduled until March 29 (after the reunion taping), she now won\u2019t be in the same room to hash out all the drama. Plus, many people have even wondered if the <strong>SUR<\/strong> waitress was trying to get out of having to be in the hot seat by putting the order of protection in place! But according to <strong>Andy Cohen<\/strong>, no matter what happens the reunion should be \u201cgreat\u201d:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI don\u2019t want to lean into hypothetical situations because I don\u2019t want to be quoted talking about a hypothetical. [\u2026] All I can say is we\u2019re going to deliver a reunion and that\u2019s what I can tell you.
