It\u2019s a fairly common problem, and there are a few ways to get around this problem. It\u2019s possible one or more of these services are malfunctioning and stopping you from launching the app. You can easily find those services on your PC and restart them, which will likely fix any issues with them.<\/p>\n<p>To do that, open the Run dialog box by pressing Windows+R.
