Federal regulators moved Sunday to make depositors at the banks whole, while backstopping deposits at other regional banks in an effort to prevent a run on other institutions. <\/p>\n<div class=\"paywall\">\n<h6><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Price_action\"><\/span>Price action<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h6>\n<ul class=\"articleList\">\n<li>\n      West Texas Inter<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a>te crude for April delivery<br \/>\n        CL.1,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/211629951\/delayed\" class=\"negative\">-2.88%<\/bg-quote><\/p>\n<p>        CL00,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/209723049\/delayed\" class=\"negative\">-2.88%<\/bg-quote><\/p>\n<p>        CLJ23,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/209724520\/delayed\" class=\"negative\">-2.88%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       fell $1.88, or 2.5%, to close at $74.80 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n      May Brent crude<br \/>\n        BRN00,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/209704782\/delayed\" class=\"negative\">-0.42%<\/bg-quote><\/p>\n<p>        BRNK23,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/209705328\/delayed\" class=\"negative\">-0.42%<\/bg-quote><span>,<\/span><br \/>\n       the global benchmark, declined $2.01, or 2.4%, to settle at $80.77 a barrel on ICE Futures Europe.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n      Back on Nymex, April gasoline<br \/>\n        RBJ23,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/215376511\/delayed\" class=\"negative\">-2.31%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       fell 2.1% to finish at $2.5914 a gallon, while April heating oil<br \/>\n        HOJ23,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/215376430\/delayed\" class=\"negative\">-0.05%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       declined 0.4% to $2.7615 a gallon.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n      April natural gas<br \/>\n        NGJ23,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/210190347\/delayed\" class=\"positive\">+8.15%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       jumped 7.2% to $2.606 per million British thermal units.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Market_drivers\"><\/span>Market drivers<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h6>\n<p> Regulators late Sunday guaranteed all deposits at SVB and Signature Bank, while the Federal Reserve announced a new facility aimed at ensuring customers at all banks would have access to their deposits as they attempted to stave off a <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a> of bank runs.<\/p>\n<p>SVB was closed by California regulators on Friday, marking the second largest bank collapse in U.S. history.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read:\u00a0<\/strong>SVB collapse means look out for more stock-market volatility, say analysts.<\/p>\n<p>But jitters remained.
