\n Kaley Cuoco and actor Tom Pelphrey have welcomed their first child together. <\/p>\n

\n Cuoco, 37, took to Instagram on Saturday to announce that she gave birth two days prior to daughter Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey. The Big Bang Theory<\/em> alum\u2019s post<\/a> referred to the baby as \u201cthe new light of our lives\u201d and included a carousel of photos showing the newborn with her happ<\/a>y parents. <\/p>\n

\n \u201cWe are overjoyed and grateful for this little miracle,\u201d Cuoco captioned the post. \u201cThank you to the doctors , nurses , family and friends who have helped us immensely over the last few days. We are blessed beyond belief.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n Pelphrey, a 40-year-old performer known for such credits as Outer Range<\/em> and She Said<\/em>, shared<\/a> a similar array of images to his own Instagram account Saturday. \u201cMy heart is full of love and gratitude for this miracle,\u201d he wrote. \u201cEternally grateful for the strength and bravery of my soulmate and best friend @kaleycuoco. You are incredible.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n Last year, Cuoco told\u00a0Extra<\/a><\/em>\u00a0that she met Pelphrey in April 2022 at the premiere of the final season of his series<\/a>\u00a0Ozark<\/em>, calling it \u201cabsolutely love at first sight.\u201d They made their first public appearance as a couple at Greg Berlanti\u2019s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony that May, and they announced the pregnancy via social media<\/a> in October.<\/p>\n

\n \u201cI met Tom this year, and I took a long time to kind of look within myself and realize I need to figure stuff out and did a lot of therapy and self-reflection,\u201d she told Extra<\/em> at the time. \u201cMet Tom at the right moment.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n Cuoco, who is also known for\u00a08 Simple Rules<\/em>,\u00a0The Flight Attendant<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Meet Cute<\/em>, was previously married to tennis player Ryan Sweeting and equestrian Karl Cook.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
