Because it&#8217;s shown that by establishing a diverse workforce, companies not only improve their bottom line but position themselves to positively impact their employees, customers, and society as a whole.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That competitive edge is as valuable as ever in 2023 as businesses battle <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/listwithclever.com\/research\/american-inflation-expectations-2022\/\">persistent inflation<\/a>, high interest rates, and worries over a wavering economy.
