Tim Scott (R-S.C.) was booed by members of the studio audience watching \u201cThe View\u201d on Monday after he praised Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) and his recent battles with Disney. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cDisney and Ron have been in a combat zone over what I thought is the right issue, which is our young kids and what they are being indoctrinated with,\u201d Scott said. <\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr1_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>The remark sparked widespread jeers from the audience and loud boos. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo, no, no, not here,\u201d host Whoopi Goldberg shouted at the crowd. \u201cI\u2019m sorry, sir,\u201d she said apologizing to Scott. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cDo not boo; this is \u2018The View,&#8217;\u201d Goldberg said turning to the crowd. \u201cWe accept, we don\u2019t have to believe everything people say, but you cannot boo people here, please.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>DeSantis, a Republican presidential primary candidate like Scott, has repeatedly attacked Disney over what he has described as a \u201cwoke\u201d agenda that is attempting to expose children to progressive ideology. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf people don\u2019t like what\u2019s h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ening with a corporation, stop shopping there,\u201d Scott said when pressed on if government should intervene in corporate policy on <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social<\/a> issues. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Copyright 2023 Nexstar Media Inc.
