Since their release, <strong>these new Twitch agreements have caused chaos in the streaming community<\/strong>. While the chaos is about a lot of clauses in the new Twitch agreement, there is a specific one which <strong>Kick is using to its advantage to invite streamers to its platform<\/strong>. The clause states the following:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em>\u201cIf you or we terminate this Agreement,<strong>\u00a0a maintenance fee will be deducted from your remaining balance.<\/strong>\u00a0The maintenance fee will be less than the accrued Program Fees for your Twitch Channel or $25.\u00a0<strong>Any remaining balance after the deduction of the maintenance fee will be paid to you<\/strong>.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Kick has come to rescue the users from the Twitch money-making agreement and has promised to <strong>cover this $25 cost on termination of the contract with Twitch.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The only catch is that streamers need to join Kick.<\/li>\n<li>To be honest, Kick does provide a more user-friendly streaming agreement than other platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Kick also benefits from it as Twitch has been constantly known to ban streamers for unfair reasons, and they tend to move to Kick as an alternative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_join_Kick\"><\/span><strong>How to join Kick?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Joining Kick is a straightforward process, and all you would need to do is follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Head to<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/kick.com\/\"> kick.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>In the upper right corner of the screen, you will see a \u201c<strong>Sign up<\/strong>\u201d option next to \u201c<strong>Log in.<\/strong>\u201d Click on it.<\/li>\n<li>Fill in all your details.<\/li>\n<li>After you have created an account,<strong> verify it<\/strong> by the link sent to your e-mail address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_avail_of_this_25_offer_on_Kick\"><\/span><strong>How to avail of this $25 offer on Kick?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>No official statement by Kick<\/strong> has been made on how to join this offer. In our opinion, you would need to do the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow the steps above and create a Kick account.<\/li>\n<li>After you terminate your contract with Twitch, you must send a screenshot as proof to Kick\u2019s official mail support. Furthermore, we expect Kick to reimburse this amount after you show them a receipt of the deduction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Note: This is speculation as no official method has yet been announced by Kick.
