(Photos: Getty Images)<\/figcaption><\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-i13n=\"cpos:1;pos:1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/entertainment\/tagged\/kevin-costner\" data-ylk=\"slk:Kevin Costner;cpos:1;pos:1;elm:context_link;itc:0\" class=\"link rapid-noclick-resp\">Kevin Costner<\/a> wants his soon-to-be ex-wife, Christine, to vacate his home.<\/p>\n<p>The latest filing, obtained by <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-i13n=\"cpos:2;pos:1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/entertainment\/kevin-costner-says-estranged-wife-174017077.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:multiple outlets;cpos:2;pos:1;elm:context_link;itc:0;outcm:mb_qualified_link;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;\" class=\"link rapid-noclick-resp yahoo-link\">multiple outlets<\/a>, claims Christine (n\u00e9e Baumgartner) \u2014 with whom the 68-year-old <em>Yellowstone<\/em> actor shares three children \u2014 is refusing to leave their home, despite the terms of their 2004 prenuptial agreement.<\/p>\n<p>Kevin&#8217;s legal team, under Laura Wasser, stated in docs that the couple&#8217;s prenup stipulated that his second wife had 30 days to vacate his home once she filed for divorce. She filed in Santa Barbara County Court on May 1, but still hasn&#8217;t moved out. The Oscar-winning filmmaker&#8217;s team wants the court to enforce the terms of the prenup, claiming Christine&#8217;s &#8220;taken the position that she will not move out of Kevin\u2019s separate property residence&#8221; until he &#8220;agrees to various financial demands.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Kevin said in his declaration, published by <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-i13n=\"cpos:3;pos:1\" href=\"https:\/\/radaronline.com\/p\/kevin-costner-divorce-battle-ex-wife-christine-declaration-submitted-court-fight-over-mansion\/\" data-ylk=\"slk:Radar Online;cpos:3;pos:1;elm:context_link;itc:0\" class=\"link rapid-noclick-resp\">Radar Online<\/a>, that he paid Christine $1 million after she filed for divorce, per the prenup. However, she has ignored &#8220;multiple requests&#8221; to move from their Carpinteria, Calif., compound. He said he will also give her $200,000 towards a down payment on a new home, and cover the costs of her mortgage, property tax and insurance for a year, per the prenup. Additionally, he&#8217;ll contribute $30,000, as part of his child-support obligation, to help her secure a rental and advance her $10,000 for moving costs.<\/p>\n<p>In his declaration, he also said he gave Christine $100,000 when they married and $100,000 on their first wedding anniversary, which has grown in savings to $450,000, which could also be used toward the purchase of a new home.<\/p>\n<p>He also claimed that since April, Christine has withdrawn from his bank account or charged to his credit card $95,000 for lawyer and accountant fees &#8220;without any prior notice.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The filing noted that Kevin included specific housing plans in his prenup with Christine because after his divorce from first wife Cindy Silva in 1994, he &#8220;found himself without a home base and unable to live in his own home. &#8230; He never wanted that to h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>en again.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The documents also state that the <em>Field of Dreams <\/em>and<em> Dances With Wolves<\/em> actor and Christine have agreed, in concept, to share custody. It&#8217;s noted he has a proposal for that, pays 100% of expenses for the children and is negotiating a summer visitation schedule for their teenage kids: Cayden Wyatt, 15, Hayes Logan, 14, and Grace Avery, 13.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kevin has acted in good faith and has done everything in his power to make the transition as seamless as possible,&#8221; Wasser wrote. &#8220;But Christine continues to refuse to vacate his separate property residence, as she agreed she would do in 2004 as a condition of marriage.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Christine <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-i13n=\"cpos:4;pos:1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/entertainment\/kevin-costners-wife-christine-files-004109568.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:filed;cpos:4;pos:1;elm:context_link;itc:0;outcm:mb_qualified_link;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;\" class=\"link rapid-noclick-resp yahoo-link\">filed<\/a> for divorce in May after 18 years of marriage, citing &#8220;irreconcilable differences.&#8221; She listed their split date as April 11. His rep confirmed the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a>, saying, &#8220;It is with great sadness that circumstances beyond his control have transpired which have resulted in Mr. Costner having to participate in a dissolution of marriage action.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The rep later <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-i13n=\"cpos:5;pos:1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/entertainment\/kevin-costners-rep-denies-infidelity-170812376.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:denied Kevin was unfaithful;cpos:5;pos:1;elm:context_link;itc:0;outcm:mb_qualified_link;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;\" class=\"link rapid-noclick-resp yahoo-link\">denied Kevin was unfaithful<\/a> on the set of <em>Yellowstone<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Attorneys for Kevin and Christine have not responded to Yahoo&#8217;s request for comment.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kevins_pricey_property_portfolio\"><\/span>Kevin&#8217;s pricey property portfolio<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Kevin \u2014 one of the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-i13n=\"cpos:6;pos:1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/news\/kevin-costner-helen-mirren-other-192601843.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:highest-paid TV stars;cpos:6;pos:1;elm:context_link;itc:0;outcm:mb_qualified_link;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;\" class=\"link rapid-noclick-resp yahoo-link\">highest-paid TV stars<\/a>, before hitting eject from <em>Yellowstone \u2014 <\/em>has an impressive real estate portfolio. The actor \u2014 who was born in Compton, Calif., and raised in Ventura \u2014 has long been a homeowner in Carpinteria, which is near Santa Barbara and posh Montecito.<\/p>\n<p>Costner first bought property in Carpinteria \u2014 on 80 feet of ocean frontage \u2014 in 1994, according to the<em>\u00a0<\/em><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-i13n=\"cpos:7;pos:1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/SB114497809773725796\" data-ylk=\"slk:Wall Street Journal;cpos:7;pos:1;elm:context_link;itc:0\" class=\"link rapid-noclick-resp\"><em>Wall Street Journal<\/em><\/a><em>. <\/em>He added on a year later and now it consists of multiple buildings. He briefly listed the property, on a private and gated road, for sale with a $24 million price tag in 2006, with it noted the house was 4,860 square feet with four bedrooms and a hot tub, but ended up keeping it.<\/p>\n<p>While reportedly jogging in 2006, he saw a nearby oceanfront property, set on 17-acres, including 1,000 feet of ocean frontage \u2014 and purchased it for $28.5 million, making it one of the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-i13n=\"cpos:8;pos:1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/2006\/12\/11\/most-expensive-sales-forbeslife-cx_mw_1212mostexpensivehomesales.html?sh=26f6fe11df2b\" data-ylk=\"slk:most expensive U.S. home sales that year;cpos:8;pos:1;elm:context_link;itc:0\" class=\"link rapid-noclick-resp\">most expensive U.S. home sales that year<\/a>. The second property has two small houses, rare private beach access, as well as equestrian facilities and a polo field that he converted to a baseball field. At some point, Kevin sold seven acres to a neighbor. In 2017, he <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-i13n=\"cpos:9;pos:1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/kevin-costner-lists-california-beachfront-property-for-60-million-1490211824\" data-ylk=\"slk:listed the property;cpos:9;pos:1;elm:context_link;itc:0\" class=\"link rapid-noclick-resp\">listed the property<\/a> for $60 million. It was noted that he had designed a large home, pool and guesthouse to build on the property, but never got around to it. During a <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-i13n=\"cpos:10;pos:1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.etonline.com\/media\/videos\/insider_kevin_costner_breathtaking_santa_barbara_ranch_up_for_sale-214042\" data-ylk=\"slk:house tour;cpos:10;pos:1;elm:context_link;itc:0\" class=\"link rapid-noclick-resp\">house tour<\/a>, he showed off a garden area he built for Christine called &#8220;Mommy&#8217;s Garden.&#8221; Kevin dropped the price to $55 million, but the property didn&#8217;t sell and he ultimately took it off the market.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this month, Costner told Deadline that he<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-i13n=\"cpos:11;pos:1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/entertainment\/kevin-costner-reveals-took-mortgage-144944447.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:took out a mortgage;cpos:11;pos:1;elm:context_link;itc:0;outcm:mb_qualified_link;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;\" class=\"link rapid-noclick-resp yahoo-link\"> took out a mortgage<\/a> on the property to partially fund his upcoming four-part movie <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a> titled <em>Horizon: An American Saga. &#8220;<\/em>I did it without thinking,&#8221; he said. &#8220;It gave my accountant a freaking dizzy spell. He has properties, including multiple condos, in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n<p>The star also owns a 160-acre ranch in Aspen, Colo. \u2014 named the Dunbar Ranch \u2014 where he married Christine on Sept. 25, 2004<em>. <\/em>There are three houses on the property, boasting 12 bedrooms, and it&#8217;s set on on a private lake. He said it&#8217;s a favorite spot for him to think, as well as boat and fish.
