No, I\u2019m serious. That was the great embarrassment for dictators,\u00a0 when they didn\u2019t know what h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ened,\u201d Biden told a group of 130 donors at a fundraising event in Kentsfield, Calif.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr1_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>\u201cThat wasn\u2019t supposed to be going where it was. It was blown off course up through Alaska and then down through the United States and he didn\u2019t know about it. When it got shot down, he was very embarrassed and he denied it was even there,\u201d the president added.<\/p>\n<p>He also told the attendees that they shouldn\u2019t worry about China.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBy the way, I promise you, don\u2019t worry about China. Worry about China but don\u2019t worry about China. I really mean it. China has real economic difficulties,\u201d Biden said.<\/p>\n<p>The president, at another campaign event on Tuesday, said that climate adviser John Kerry could be going to China soon.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think John Kerry\u2019s going to be going back there pretty soon,\u201d Biden told a small group of donors in San Francisco. \u00a0He was discussing how he had a conversation with Xi about their issues with energy production and methane.<\/p>\n<p>Biden\u00a0on Saturday said\u00a0that the Chinese spy balloon situation was \u201cmore embarrassing\u201d for Beijing than \u201cthan it was intentional.\u201d The balloon spent several days floating over the U.S., before it was shot down off the coast of South Carolina. Beijing\u00a0vowed\u00a0at the time to take countermeasures.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr2_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>Biden mentioned on Tuesday that Secretary of State Antony Blinken was just in China, saying he did a good job working on relations with the country.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re in a situation now where he wants to have a relationship again.
