They displayed a knack for spacious, askew post-punk with some more raucous moments, such as the record\u2019s whiplash-inducing title track. The Raleigh, N.C. band\u2019s comeback single (and their first with their new label Double Double Whammy), is a <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">trip<\/a>le-axel dive into the noisy tendencies of their past songs, crashing beneath the surface of nostalgia and into a new world of fuzz rock.<\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<p>            In a press release, bandmember Yvonne Chazal spoke about the Double Double Whammy signing. \u201cWhen I was 18, I was discovering this new world of young people who write music in their bedrooms like Frankie Cosmos, Told Slant, Free Cake, that were all totally blowing my mind,\u201d she said. \u201cI kept seeing the name Double Double Whammy everywhere, and that was the first time I ever really understood what a record label was.
