The film is set for release as a Hulu Original on Sept. 8 with a cast that includes Johnson, Anna Kendrick, Natalie Morales, Andy Samberg, GaTa, Emily Hampshire, Mary Holland, Boban Marjanovi\u0107, Christopher Lloyd and Wayne Brady. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n    <em>Self Reliance<\/em> centers on Thomas (Johnson) getting invited to compete in a <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a> in which he can win a million dollars by staying alive while others try to kill him. Although he can only be killed while he\u2019s alone, Tommy soon learns that none of his loved ones believe that the situation is real. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n    Johnson, who directed from his own <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">script<\/a>, serves as a producer alongside Ali Bell and Joe Hardesty. Samberg, Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone are executive producers for Lonely Island Classics.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n    During an interview with <em>THR<\/em> that was conducted at SXSW in March, Johnson explained that he initially pitched the concept to Netflix in 2017 and saw it as a three-season <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a>.
