Right: Kode9, photo by David Levene.<br \/>\n    <\/span><\/p>\n<p>  <span class=\"credit\"><br \/>\n      \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<style>\n<\/style>\n<div id=\"content_block-249526\" class=\"content_block paragraph text triple_gutter_right triple_gutter_left center_align\">\n<div class=\"content_inner_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"paragraph_wrapper center_align\">\n<p>            In late May, Hyperdub founder Kode9 and reclusive producer Burial teased a forthcoming collaboration on a London billboard that read \u201cFABRIC ORIGINALS: BURIAL X KODE9.\u201d Today (June 30), as <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/thequietus.com\/articles\/33123-kode9-and-burial-reveal-split-ep-infirmary-unknown-summer\">the Quietus reports<\/a> and a representative of Hyperdub has confirmed to The FADER, the two electronic icons have revealed the project\u2019s title, <i>Infirmary \/ Unknown Summer<\/i>; its release date, July 21; and its format, a split EP with each artist contributing a single track.<\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<p>            The new project will follow 2018\u2019s <i><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/fabricrecords.bandcamp.com\/album\/fabriclive-100-kode9-burial\">FABRICLIVE 100<\/a><\/i>, Kode9 and Burial\u2019s first joint release with fabric Originals, a record label connected to the London nightclub fabric. In the interim, Burial has compiled his loosies on <i>Tunes 2011-2019<\/i>, worked with Thom Yorke and Four Tet, and dropped short-form releases at his own pace.
