During an app<\/a>earance on The Real Good Podcast with Bobbi Althoff<\/em> on Thursday, the 36-year-old rapper opened up about his love life, revealing the reason he hasn\u2019t settled down with anyone yet. Calling the concept of marriage \u201ca thing of ancient times,\u201d he said:<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t know. It seems like a thing of, like, ancient times or something. I think I will eventually. I don\u2019t know, I don\u2019t think I can offer somebody what they\u2019d be looking for. Just consistency. I think my life, my work is my priority.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

When the podcast host joked that Drake refuses to get serious with someone in order to continue \u201csleeping around,\u201d he immedia<\/a>tely shut the claim down! The Degrassi<\/em> alum explained his decision not to get married all comes down to the fact that he can\u2019t offer \u201cconsistency\u201d or a lot of energy into a relationship \u201cat this stage\u201d in his life:<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t wanna get married \u2019cause like, I just don\u2019t wanna disappoint someone.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

At least he\u2019s honest about it! And we guess he can just keep adding diamonds to that necklace instead. You know, the one he famously had made for him that included a whopping 42 stones and 351.38 carats in diamonds to rep all the time he thought about popping the question to women. Lolz! But if Drake does ever plan on getting hitched, he made it clear on the podcast he doesn\u2019t plan on being with another celeb:<\/p>\n

\u201cI probably will not end up marrying someone famous. Famous people really aren\u2019t that, like, anything \u2014 they\u2019re not that intriguing.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

So what is he looking for instead? Apparently, Drake is all about individuality. He shared on the episode that he wants \u201csomebody that\u2019s an individual,\u201d adding:<\/p>\n

\u201cI like somebody that\u2019s, like, their own. They\u2019re not just not like a carbon copy, like a person that I\u2019ve seen a bunch of times throughout my existence. I like somebody with a sense of humor, you know? I like \u2014 I don\u2019t know, like, cosplay.\u201d<\/p>\n

Althofff then questioned:<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat do you want them to dress up as?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cNo, I don\u2019t need them to [dress up] \u2014 I probably will f**k with them more if they are into cosplay. Not with me, just like general<\/a>ly.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
