Another batch of Kibou no Chikara: Otona Precure 23\u00a0<\/em>characters and their voice actors have been revealed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The new reveals include Mariya Ise<\/strong> as Urara Kasugano, Ai Nagano<\/strong> as Komachi Akimoto, Ai Maeda<\/strong> as Karen Minazuki, and Eri Sendai<\/strong> as Kurumi Mimino. All are reprising their roles from Yes! Precure 5\u00a0<\/em>and Yes! Precure 5 GoGo!<\/em>. The designs of the now-grown up characters were also released.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kibou no Chikara ~Otona Precure 23~<\/em>\u00a0is a follow-up to\u00a0Yes! Precure 5<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Yes! Precure 5<\/em>\u00a0GoGo!. <\/em>It was announced as part of the Pretty Cure franchise\u2019s 20th anniversary plans along with a\u00a0Mahou Tsukai Precure!<\/em>\u00a0sequel\u00a0. Both titles are described as being targeted at grown-up fans. An October Japanese premiere is planned for\u00a0Kibou no Chikara ~Otona Precure 23~.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Toei Animation<\/strong>\u00a0is co-producing\u00a0Kibou no Chikara ~Otona Precure 23~<\/em>\u00a0with\u00a0Studio Deen<\/strong>. The staff includes:<\/span><\/p>\n

Junko Takeuchi<\/strong> is returning as Rin Natsuki from Yes! Precure 5\u00a0<\/em>and Yes! Precure 5 GoGo!<\/em>, while Orie Kimoto<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Atsuko Enomoto<\/strong> are reprising their Futari wa Pretty Cure Splash Star\u00a0<\/em>characters Saki Hyuga and Mai Misho, respectively.<\/span><\/p>\n

2007\u2019s Yes! Precure 5 <\/em>was the fifth\u00a0Precure<\/em>\u00a0title and was also the first\u00a0Precure<\/em>\u00a0anime<\/a> to feature more than a pair of Pretty Cures (Yes! Precure 5\u00a0<\/em>featured five, while 2008\u2019s Yes! Precure 5<\/em>\u00a0GoGo!\u00a0<\/em>increased the number to six). On the other hand,\u00a0Futari wa Pretty Cure Splash Star\u00a0<\/em>was the third entry in the franchise.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Pretty Cure franchise began with 2004\u2019s\u00a0Futari wa Precure\u00a0<\/em>(titled\u00a0Pretty Cure<\/em>\u00a0in English). The latest entry is\u00a0Soaring Sky! Pretty Cure<\/em>\u00a0(Hirogaru Sky! Precure<\/em>), which began airing in Japan on February 5 this year.<\/span><\/p>\n
