The rock band KOTORI<\/strong> has been revealed as the performing artist for the Under Ninja<\/em> anime<\/a>\u2019s ending theme<\/a> song, which is titled \u201cHimitsu.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The announcement was accompanied by a very brief teaser of the song. The full track will be released on October 4 JST, slightly earlier than the anime\u2019s October 5 (effectively October 6 at 1:28 AM JST) premiere.<\/span><\/p>\n

Under Ninja\u00a0<\/em>is based on the manga by\u00a0Kengo Hanazawa<\/strong>, which began in 2018 and has 10 tankoubon volumes as of May 2023. It is serialized in Kodansha\u2019s Young Magazine and published under the YanMaga KC Special label. RightStuf describes the Denpa-licensed manga as:<\/span><\/p>\n

After World War II, Allied Command in Japan developed a new agency to help manage terrorism and violence within the Pacific region. Eventually that program grew to its current form, managing 20,000 ninja across a range of domestic and international affairs. One of those ninja happens to be Kudo. The seventeen-year-old high school loser is now poised to be the next line of defense against a potential surge in foreign assassins invading Tokyo.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The anime\u2019s staff includes Satoshi Kuwabara<\/b>\u00a0(The Caf\u00e9 Terrace and Its Goddesses, <\/em>The Dawn of the Witch<\/i>) as director, Keiichirou Oochi\u00a0<\/b>(The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten<\/i>) as series<\/a> composer, Nobuteru Yuuki<\/b>\u00a0(Orange<\/i>) as character designer, and Chihiro Ueno<\/strong> as sub-character designer.\u00a0Tezuka Productions<\/b> is the animation production company.<\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhilem the cast includes Taito Ban<\/b>\u00a0as Kuro Kumogakure,\u00a0Tarusuke Shingaki\u00a0<\/b>as Kato,\u00a0Tasuku Hatanaka<\/b>\u00a0as Miracle Hibi,\u00a0Atsumi Tanezaki\u00a0<\/b>as Suzuki, and\u00a0Daiki Yamashita<\/b> as Shion Hachiya, Chika Anzai<\/b>\u00a0as Kawado,\u00a0Choo<\/b>\u00a0as Ono,\u00a0Shuuichi Uchida<\/b>\u00a0as Eita, and\u00a0Sora Toku<\/b>i as Noguchi.<\/span><\/p>\n
