TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a> on TikTok and looked back at her role in the 2010 movie \u201cThe Last Song.\u201d Cyrus shared how the chemistry between her character and her love interest stemmed from her early relationship with her former husband, Liam Hemsworth.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Cyrus played the part of 17-year-old rebel Veronica \u201cRonnie\u201d Miller, while Hemsworth played the part of Will Blakelee, a popular athlete she falls in love with.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">\u201cIn 2008, I needed to do another feature film for Disney and I didn\u2019t want it to be a part of \u2018Hannah Montana,\u2019\u201d she explained at the top of the clip. \u201cOnce we had written the screenplay, it was time to audition all the guys who would play, Will, my boyfriend in the movie. And we had gotten it down from 1000s to the final three.
