\n Bruce Springsteen has postponed all of his performances in September as he undergoes treatment for peptic ulcer disease. <\/p>\n

\n The news<\/a> was shared in a statement on the singer\u2019s social media<\/a> Wednesday, which noted that his medical advisors advised him to take off the rest of the month to focus on his health.<\/p>\n

\n \u201cOver here on E Street, we\u2019re heartbroken to have to postpone these shows,\u201d Springsteen said in a statement. \u201cFirst, apologies to our fabulous Philly fans who we missed a few weeks ago. We\u2019ll be back to pick these shows up and then some. Thank you for your understanding and support. We\u2019ve been having a blast at our US shows and we\u2019re looking forward to more great times. We\u2019ll be back soon.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n The announcement also comes weeks after the \u201cThunder Road\u201d singer canceled two concerts in Philadelphia due to an undisclosed illness. \u201cDue to Bruce Springsteen having been taken ill, his concerts with The E Street Band at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia on August 16 and 18 have been postponed,\u201d he shared on X<\/a> (formerly known as Twitter) at the time.<\/p>\n

\n The impacted shows include Syracuse, New York, (Sept. 7); Baltimore, Maryland, (Sept. 9); Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, (Sept. 12 and 14); Uncasville, Connecticut, (Sept. 16); Albany, New York, (Sept. 19); Columbus, Ohio, (Sept. 21); and Washington, DC, (Sept. 29).<\/p>\n

\n His website<\/a> noted that \u201cticketholders will receive information regarding rescheduled dates for the postponed shows.\u201d At this point, his tour is set to resume on Nov. 3 in Vancouver. <\/p>\n

\n Springsteen and the E Street Band kicked off their 2023 tour on Feb. 1 in Tampa, Florida. Since then, they have made stops across North America and Europe.<\/p>\n
