The <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>lication comes after the SEC delayed decisions on applications from WisdomTree, Valkyrie, Fidelity, VanEck, Bitwise and Invesco BTC spot ETF applications on Aug. 31 and a court ruling Aug. 29 that the SEC must consider Grayscale\u2019s application to covert its BTC futures ETF into a spot ETF.<\/p>\n<p>According to the application, the fund is structured as a trust.
