They\u2019re going to win fair pay quality time with their families and decent sick leave that they deserve,\u201d Fain said during the livestream.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs all these members will tell you, the UAW doesn\u2019t back down from a fight. We\u2019re willing to do what\u2019s necessary to win justice by any means necessary.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Fain also talked during the livestream about the \u201cfear tactics\u201d corporations and <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a> outlets have used recently, noting how they argue that a potential union strike would greatly affect the U.S. economy.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey pretend that the sky will fall if we get our fair share of the quarter of a trillion dollars, the big three has made over the past decade, but it\u2019s not just the economy when they talk about that, and they say well wreck the economy. It\u2019s not the economy that will wreck. It\u2019s their economy,\u201d Fain added.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Fain\u2019s remark comes as the UAW is set to strike late Thursday if they don\u2019t reach a tentative agreement with the \u201cBig Three\u201d automakers, Ford, <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/general\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"General\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">General<\/a> Motors (GM) and Stellantis. UAW members voted last month to <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>rove the strike against the automakers.<\/p>\n<p>Union members are seeking higher pay wages, pensions and more job security in their latest negotiations, as the Biden administration remained confident Monday that a strike could be adverted before the Thursday deadline.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Copyright 2023 Nexstar Media Inc.
