{"id":591142,"date":"2023-09-14T15:00:49","date_gmt":"2023-09-14T12:00:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.buradabiliyorum.com\/kanye-west-sued-by-malibu-home-caretaker-over-bizarre-request\/"},"modified":"2023-09-14T15:00:49","modified_gmt":"2023-09-14T12:00:49","slug":"kanye-west-sued-by-malibu-home-caretaker-over-bizarre-request","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/kanye-west-sued-by-malibu-home-caretaker-over-bizarre-request\/","title":{"rendered":"#Kanye West Sued By Malibu Home Caretaker Over Bizarre Request"},"content":{"rendered":"<div itemprop=\"articleBody\"><span class=\"location\">Los Angeles, CA<!-- --> &#8211;\u00a0<\/span>Kanye West is being sued by the former project manager of his $57 million home in Malibu for failing to comply with his unusual demands, among other grievances.<\/p>\n<p>According to <em><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/news\/us-news\/kanye-west-ye-windows-electricity-malibu-bomb-shelter-lawsuit-rcna104748\">NBC News<\/a><\/em>, 32-year-old Tony Saxon filed a lawsuit against Ye on Wednesday (September 13) after he was fired for refusing to remove all of the windows and electricity from his property.<\/p>\n<p>Ye allegedly fired Saxon on November 5, 2021 for not complying with his \u201cdangerous\u201d requests after working for him for around two months.<\/p>\n<p>Saxon, who also served as the property\u2019s security guard, was <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>arently ordered to \u201cget the hell out\u201d by Kanye West when he refused to move large generators into the home.<\/p>\n<p>The suit read: \u201cWhen Plaintiff refused to engage in unlawful conduct or to engage in activity that would further cause him physical injury, Mr. Ye responded: \u2018If you don\u2019t do what I say, you\u2019re not going to work for me, I\u2019m not gonna be your friend anymore and you\u2019ll just see me on TV.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The complaint said he also told him he would be \u201cconsidered an enemy if he did not comply.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Kanye West Demands Judge Throw $2,000,000 Lawsuit From Gap Out For This Reason\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/YMMvNGfxrCk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Saxon alleged Kanye West promised to pay him $20,000-a-week, but he only received payments on two occasions to cover his salary and the project\u2019s budget.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI always had his best interest in mind as a friend,\u201d Saxon said, comparing his refusal to stopping a friend from drunk-driving. \u201cThey get really mad at you that you overstepped your boundaries, but still, they could have gotten really hurt.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit alleged violations of labor codes, including dangerous working conditions, unpaid wages and wrongful retaliatory termination.<\/p>\n<p>Saxon said Kanye\u2019s plan for the property was to make it like \u201ca bomb shelter from the 1910s\u201d by removing the custom marble bathrooms, custom windows, plumbing and electricity, as well as replacing the stairs with slides.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe were going to be gutting all of that out and sort of building him a Bat Cave\u201d where he said he could \u201chide from the Clintons in and the Kardashians in,\u201d Saxon said, believing the property was just an art project. \u201cAs we progress, it\u2019s becoming clear that, no, he wants to live in here.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Saxon said Ye \u201cwanted no electricity. He only wanted plants. He only wanted candles. He only wanted battery lights. And he just wanted to have everything open and dark. You can\u2019t keep food in that house, because you had no refrigerator left. You had no windows. I had sea gulls flying in.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kanye West apparently didn\u2019t want to be a \u201cslave\u201d to modern conveniences or be \u201caccessible\u201d to the government.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe wants to be on a privatized Wi-Fi network,\u201d Saxon said. \u201cHe wants to have an alternate source of energy. He wants to have no doors, no windows, no fixtures, just concrete.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Saxon said he lived and slept in the home and described the conditions as \u201cmiserable,\u201d with Ye being unresponsive to his complaints. He was allegedly fired three days after complaining about a severe back injury in a meeting, where the rap mogul ordered him to remove the electricity and windows.<\/p>\n<p>He added: \u201cHopefully we can bury the hatchet, but I physically cannot do any more work like that anymore.
