He was treated for a gunshot wound but later died of his injuries. <\/p>\n<p>Clinkunbroomer was 30-years-old.<\/p>\n<p>The Hill has reached out to the sheriff\u2019s office.<\/p>\n<p>The sheriff\u2019s department <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/lasdhq\/status\/1703236769817522414?s=46&amp;t=uarqx5vG1GV7oXCD7UYmRw\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/lasdhq\/status\/1703236769817522414?s=46&amp;t=uarqx5vG1GV7oXCD7UYmRw\">released a statement on X<\/a>, the platform formely known as Twitter, on Saturday after the incident occurred to update the public.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>roximately 6 p.m. an LASD Palmdale Deputy was found in medical distress in front of Palmdale Sheriff Station,\u201d the statement read.<\/p>\n<p>Luna, who said Clinkunbroomer had just exited the station northbound on Sierra Highway, believes the shooting was targeted but said authorities have not publicly named a suspect or motive in the case. <\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr2_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>\u201cHe ambushed and killed, murdered one of our deputies. We need your help to get him off the street,\u201d Luna said.<\/p>\n<div class=\"nlp-ignore-block article-content rich-text\">\n<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/apple.news\/T7zM9N_S2SDKHQ2PypEf8AQ?subscribe=1\">Sign up for the latest from The Hill here<\/a>\n<\/div>\n<p>In addition, Luna described a dark-gray 2006-2012 Toyota Corolla as a \u201cvehicle of interest\u201d that was near the deputy\u2019s car at the time of the incident.<\/p>\n<p>Luna said that while sheriff\u2019s station cameras caught the incident, the public should check their cameras for clues on who the suspect or suspects may be.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr3_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>A reward of $250,000 is being offered for information that leads to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect or suspects, according to the LA County sheriff. <\/p>\n<p>California Gov. Gavin <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">News<\/a>om and Lt Gov.
