Fortunately, the 26-year-old basketball sensation was selected late in the 9th round by the San Miguel Beermen. Kyt Jimenez was in tears and fans were cheering and rooting for him. Even though he was the 76th pick, pandemonium broke out as Kyt began walking to the center stage.<\/p>\n<p>In an interview during the after-event, Kyt Jimenez told the reporter \u201cIt feels like I\u2019m in heaven because I\u2019ve been dreaming about this since I was a child\u201d. Despite being picked late in the draft, Kyt was still ecstatic to know that he would get to practice with one of PBA\u2019s greatest point guards. Moreover, he will also be sharing the court with the GOAT, June Mar Fajardo, as well as other San Miguel veterans.<\/p>\n<p>Although his role in the team is currently being evaluated, Kyt Jimenez is not guaranteed a roster spot. As the 76th pick, Kyt still has to prove to the organization what he is capable of. The young blood was born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, but raised in Quezon City. He showed quite a talent in the sport during his collegiate career with UPH. Although an ACL tear had him lay-lowed in basketball.<\/p>\n<p>The 5-foot-11 drew crowds wherever he played.
