{"id":592242,"date":"2023-09-22T20:00:54","date_gmt":"2023-09-22T17:00:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.buradabiliyorum.com\/ynw-melly-denied-bond-as-he-awaits-double-murder-retrial\/"},"modified":"2023-09-22T20:00:54","modified_gmt":"2023-09-22T17:00:54","slug":"ynw-melly-denied-bond-as-he-awaits-double-murder-retrial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/ynw-melly-denied-bond-as-he-awaits-double-murder-retrial\/","title":{"rendered":"#YNW Melly Denied Bond As He Awaits Double Murder Retrial"},"content":{"rendered":"<div itemprop=\"articleBody\"><span class=\"location\">Broward County, FL<!-- --> &#8211;\u00a0<\/span>YNW Melly has been denied bond once again ahead of his retrial in his double murder case.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcmiami.com\/news\/local\/judge-denies-ynw-melly-bond-as-rapper-awaits-re-trial-in-double-murder-case\/3117762\/\"><em>NBC 6 South Florida<\/em>,<\/a> Melly (born Jamell Demons) had his bond request denied by a judge on Friday (September 22), meaning he will remain in jail until his retrial is over.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter careful consideration, this Court finds that the State has met it burden of demonstrating that the proof of guilt is evident and the presumption of guilt is great,\u201d the judge\u2019s order read.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe jurors\u2019 inability to reach a unanimous verdict does not alter the nation or weight of the evidence of Defendant\u2019s guilt.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A live stream of Melly\u2019s bond hearing can be seen below.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"WATCH LIVE: YNW Melly, YNW Bortlen Double Murder Case \u2014 Hearing\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/mbcBZnNgt8g?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The mother of YNW Juvy, one of YNW Melly\u2019s alleged murder victims, spoke during the hearing via Zoom, and claimed that she feared for her safety if the r<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>er was granted bond.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t think he should receive a bond,\u201d said Leondra Phillips. \u201cHe\u2019s innocent until proven guilty, but he has money and I don\u2019t want anything to happen to me and my family.
