{"id":592366,"date":"2023-09-27T14:50:25","date_gmt":"2023-09-27T11:50:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.buradabiliyorum.com\/trump-on-judges-ruling-he-committed-fraud-this-is-not-america\/"},"modified":"2023-09-27T14:50:25","modified_gmt":"2023-09-27T11:50:25","slug":"trump-on-judges-ruling-he-committed-fraud-this-is-not-america","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/trump-on-judges-ruling-he-committed-fraud-this-is-not-america\/","title":{"rendered":"#Trump on judge\u2019s ruling he committed fraud: \u2018This is not America\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/09\/AP23268817151429-e1695815390663.jpg?w=900\" \/><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Former President Trump shot back at a judge\u2019s ruling that he and his company committed fraud by exaggerating his net worth, calling out the \u201chighly politicized Democrat judge\u201d for the ruling.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is a terrible reminder that the radical left Democrats will stop at nothing in trying to prevent me, and the American people, from winning the 2024 presidential election,\u201d Trump said in a <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/truthsocial.com\/@realDonaldTrump\/posts\/111133661793804558\">set of <\/a><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/truthsocial.com\/@realDonaldTrump\/posts\/111133959007352991\">lengthy statements on Truth Social<\/a> Tuesday. \u201cRegardless of party, we can not let this h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>en in the United States of America.\u201d<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr1_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>New York prosecutors alleged that Trump and his two sons purposely misled banks and insurance companies about the value of their properties by as much as $2.2 billion in order to get larger loans and lower insurance rates than they otherwise would have received.<\/p>\n<p>A judge ruled Tuesday against Trump\u2019s attempt to dismiss the case, determining that the former president committed fraud based on the evidence provided by the prosecution. A trial is scheduled to begin Monday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am worth much more than the numbers shown on my financial statements. I didn\u2019t even include my most valuable asset, my brand,\u201d Trump said. \u201cThere were no victims!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He will appeal the decision, he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is a great company that has been slandered and maligned by this politically motivated witch hunt,\u201d Trump wrote. \u201cIt is unfair, and I call for help from the highest court in New York State, or the federal system, to intercede. THIS IS NOT AMERICA!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors are seeking $250 million in civil penalties in the case and to bar Trump and his sons from being able to run businesses in New York state.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr2_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>Trump later attempted to direct attention away from the ruling by noting what he claims is rising violent crime in New York City. According to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nyc.gov\/site\/nypd\/news\/p00084\/nypd-citywide-crime-statistics-june-2023\">New York Police Department data<\/a>, rates of violent crime, including murder, went down in the past year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cToday\u2019s Ruling about a Company that has done a magnificent job for New York State fails to acknowledge the fact that Murder and all other forms of Violent Crime have reached record levels in New York State,\u201d Trump said late Tuesday. \u201cA very sad Day for the New York State System of Justice!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The former president faces other legal troubles, including 91 criminal counts in four cases.
