The arrest was <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/brysonboompaul\/status\/1709051273276694535\">first reported by Florida journalist Bryson Paul<\/a> and confirmed in online records viewed by The FADER; according to Paul, Bortlen was charged with witness tampering.<\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<p>            Bortlen was reportedly apprehended at his home in Miami. The first ended in a mistrial after a month-long hearing.
